1 How to order?

You can order through simple way (what ever small or large orders). Please directly contact us at:
sales@poweradapterchina.com . Our professional salesperson will guide you on this point. They will send you further information to go ahead. We will begin processing your order when payment is received. When processing begins you will receive another email notification.
You will receive a further email notifying you when your goods have been dispatched, including a tracking number.

2 How to pay?

Pay us through simple way:
1). For large order, we recommend payment by Bank T/T transfer. The bank information will along with the proforma invoice. We usually do 100% TT Payment term:TT in advance for orders under $200,000USD.
50% T/T in advance, 50% prior to shipment; The sample orders: 100% T/T before shipment.
2. For sample order (amounts less than US$500), we recommend payment by Western Union; Western Union is convenient and available for every country, you can send money by it with low bank commission. Please contact us to get more details!
We will begin processing your order when payment is received. We will email you when order processing.
You will receive a further email notifying you when your goods have been dispatched, including a tracking number.

1 Is the price including the freight?
No, All shipping charges should be pre-paid.

2 What is the price for samples?
Please kindly note that our samples charge will be added 10% more than the offer.

3 Will I get free sample to have a test before placing order?
No, Jave won’t provide customer with free samples, only some long term cooperation old customers meet qualification.
